um what about a monokini. since you are small busted get a bandeau. they have it in tankinis bikinis and some monokinis

aeropostale would be perfect. i definitely dont think you need very much padding for a 13 year old, but all their swimsuits supply a little. i love shopping there for swimsuits. if you are small then you’ll be able to find a swimsuit here because i have a feeling you struggle finding them elsewhere!
