A 14 year old stylist? Go girl!

I think your best bet would be to go custom...you're gonna have a hard time finding a pattern for your size. I'm 5'4", 112 lbs (small bust, big butt) and can never, absolutely never, find a swimsuit (among other things) that fit appropriately. All my patterns have to be cut down, and it's really difficult without all the right tools. If you can, get yourself a dress form cut to your size. That way, you can pin and play with fabric all day and not have to worry about fittings.

Until then: use an old bra as a pattern. Cut it up, lay it out either on tracing paper or OLD fabric and do a test run. Hopefully, you can work it and re-work it to get to a point where you can perfect your real swimsuit.

And, yes ma'am, you do need padding!!!!

Try checking for groups online who sew.. maybe someone will share a pattern with you. If not you may have to actually purchase one, but then again why would that be so bad, the patterns are that expensive, check out your local fabric/craft shop. And as for the ******* showing, it's up to you, but the pattern may have some help there as well.
