the photo idea you put would simply widen your hips, but the top would increase your bust. you need to look for a flashy top to emphasize your bust line, but something simple, like a solid color, for the bottom. like you said, definitely no boy shorts, those also would widen your shape.

i have the EXACT body type as you! wow, but that bathing suit probably wouldn’t be best for you.
usually string bikinis make me look even smaller in the chest.
you should get a halter bikini that has no strings.
to make your chest look bigger, you should probably get a bathing suit with stuff on it. like maybe flowers. like actual things that come up out of the bathing suit not just an image. try not to wear plain colored bathing suits. b/c it shows more. but the more color on it the more it takes away from the fact that you have a smaller chest.
I’m small also and I like the swimsuits from American Eagle. I prefer the sporty cut halter tops because they look nice on small chests.
Very cute! Do you know if it has padding? Padding in swimsuits helps your figure stand out and it compliments your figure. But that is very cute!
As for stores… Beachwear Blvd is a good one, not sure if it has a website though… And Pacsun is another great one.
