hot pink will bring out the tan and go for a 2 piece cross strap
W/ your petite body you probably want to have some curves, I would suggest to get a striped bikini w/ extra padding to give you an extra boost

With a smaller chest you want to have a bikini top that has ruffles on it,that will make your chest look bigger.
I saw this style at Target last week. It’s a great deal at only $29, and it has super high cut legs, which will make your legs look a mile long, and the cut outs on the side accentuate your waist. The halter will give you some good cleavage too.
i heard a ruffle top makes a small bust look fuller, for the bottoms i’d suggest maybe a string, oh and for the color i’d choose pink or white to bring out your tan
