I think tahst that one looks fine, and you are 13 you stil have time to grow, but yeahthat looks fine to me, i understand you are a bit worried but dont be. If you are really desperate though you can get made to measure ones (Y)

My sister has that EXAACT same prob. Not me though lol but i found some really cutes swim suites on Victoria Secret.com but they dont have xxs they have xs but there sizes tend to run small so you could for sure find one that will fit you and be to your liking!! Good luck heres a link.
