honey if your flast chested that thing will fall right of you. DONT get a tube top trust me baddd idea (im pretty small too) i would just go to the store and try some on or get like a halter top with a bit of padding.
It might not stay up too well if your chest is too small. There is not really any padding you can put in there because it’ll get wet and might come out….good luck to ya!
