A halter top with boy shorts will look the best IMO

make sure the bottoms are a solid darker color, and a top in a bright color or a print. halter tops and bandeaus look good if you’re smaller on top.

Okay here goes… You’re small on top and i’m guessing you want the “twins” to appear larger, go for bikini tops that has prints. The prints will make them seem bigger. For the bottom ,you might want to wear a skort or boyshorts in a darker color to mimize the appearance of your big thighs and hips.
