OOHHH… well i can help u on the chest part (same issue) try going for a bandeu(sp?) top. it accents wat u have and makes u look fuller, (besides only us small chested girls can wear them) also get them in bright and bold colors w/ heavy prints and or ruffles
As for ur bottoms, try boyshorts in a dark color

try things under petite
i am not sure if swimwear comes in petite

um…if you ahve small bust, then dont go with lowcut, b/c there wont be any cleavage for showing ya know (no offense)

i’d suggest triangle tops =)
