get yourself a bikini with cushions built in, they will make you look bigger.
A halter neck styled swimsuit would look good too as it would draw attention to the area and making them look subtly bigger and a nice shape too, plus halternecks are flattering to smaller figured women
you should try a halter or bandeau style top.
also maybe try the bikinis found at hollister and abercrombie because they have padding in the bust that can give you a nice boost.
also maybe look for those cut out one pieces that can make you a little less self-concious of your midsection.
