It depends on the corset design.
If the corset is very high and largely covers the ******* it will tend to flatten them. But remember those puppies have to go somewhere; which is only up. Gives a flattened bulging look.
If the corset comes up about half way up the ****** it will tend to push them up. Gives a fuller, rounder figure
