try hot topic, most of the ones i see are like gothic styled though
corsets are a drastic solution but if you need one DON’T WORRY. they are quite popular. you can find very nice simple ones that will look good under clothes at department stores. I know sears and Kohls have them for sure, in the woman’s underwear section. some prettier ones that would also work can be found at more risque stores such as Hot Topic.
(sears would probably be your best and cheapest bet))

try spanx, they make u **** it in and sit up straight, but not as drastic as a corset.
Your best bet would be to ask your PT where to get one that would work for your condition.
