You should probably Check out PacSun they have lots of different bathing suits and shorts
Everything But Water sells great swimwear and I know they sell pieces separately. Also try Urbanoutfitters.com, and they don’t sell swim wear at Victoria’s Secret stores, but they do on their web site and i’ve heard they sell great pieces.
Also try stores like TJmaxx, Ross, and Marshall’s. You can usually find cheap bathing suits there in all kinds of sizes!
Lands End has a good selection. The best this is that they actually COVER your skin where you need it most as a plus sized teen. good luck
