im not sure what 38hh translates to in American sizes but i am also large chested and i have found great bathing suits at everything but water. although their bathing suits are rather pricey, they have lots of selections and sizes. they only have stores in the U.S. however you can visit their websites at I personally wear a bikini by BECCA and I love it. as far as bras, Victoria’s Secret or if they dont make your size, try a department store that will custom fit you.
