you could try Wal*mart or other clothing stores. I’m a 38D and my mother is an E cup, as well as most the women in my family, they’ve gone to Wal*Mart, VIP, and other clothing stores.

i know Macy’s used to carry sizes bigger than DD. you could look there. hopefully that helps you =/
I’m a 30DD and have the same problem. Mine are nowhere near as big as yours, but cos I have a small back size it’s hard to find bras. I’ll be watching your question for answers.
you can get them at which offers a really wide range of brands, styles, colors and material. the service is real great and you really get what you expect from the product.
i bought the Le Mystere Dream Tisha Bra off that site after I saw it on Oprah and now I’m buying myself two more pairs! it gives good support and enough coverage. I’m an 36E and it works better than anything I’ve ever tried before.
oh and you can try shapewear too if you have other problem areas.
